Haute Cookure | Disaronno Sour Hour

Yeahhh Sunday Funday! Which means every hour is Cocktail O’clock and what better way to try out some new party drinks :)!? In beginning of the summer I was invited by Disaronno to join them during one of their Disaronno Sour Hours on a beautiful rooftop terrace in Brussels. When I think of Disaronno I mostly think of a warm winter drink, but guess what … They made me change my mind! Recipe for Disaronno Sour

Take a very cool cocktail glass or jar and fill it with lots of ice cubes! Poor in about 45ml of Disaronno and 30 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice (or you can also use my favourite, which is lime juice). Top it off with a little sugar, stir, garnish with lemon peel and you’re done!
