Yesssss Christmas is almost here! That time of the year where we get to dress up and put on our prettiest make up … However I’ve always got one problem! See I am a bit of a nail biter … Now let’s be clear … I’m not one of those people who eat away their entire nails, however when I’m thinking … and you see I do that a lot … I tend to bite of that little white edge, but I never go as far as hurting myself. Nevertheless I admit that long nails are way more elegant and refined and so I was happy to receive an invite by ProNails to discover some new nail treatments and in addition I got a little preview on their new AW 16-17 collections!
Their specialized partner nailsalons like eg, Pure Nails & Beauty (based in Antwerp on which I tell you guys more the following weeks), now offer their clients the ‘SoPolish Protect & Peel’ treatment, a semi-permanent nail polish, which will last for over 2 weeks! Ladies I’m telling you … YOU SHOULD TRY THIS! It helped me stop biting my nails, since my nails were sooooooo pretty it would have been shame to ruin them! It looks like you have expensive (fake) nails, but actually you don’t. They place this little foil on top of your own nail, which they then fold over that little or big white line of your nail and then they top that foil with colouring and a topcoat … The result are thick well-manicured and beautiful shining nails, which indeed last for over a long period of time!
Moreover ProNails also introduced another new line, called ‘Longwear’. This product is basically a 3 in to 1 system with a base, colour and topcoat. For Fall-Winter the brand has 3 new colour ranges called; Rising Sun, Colour Code and Back To Wool. My favourite is definitely the last collection, because it’s based on these beautiful nude pallets. Ow and btw you might have seen a combination of the SoPolish Protect & Peel and my new favourite colour from the Back To Wool collection, called ‘Melted Marshmallow’ already on my Instagram feed here! Finally ProNails also introduced a complete hand treatment collection and these cool stamp cushions to create nail patterns, so if your still on the lookout for Christmas Shopping I would advise you to take a look at those products or maybe even one of those treatments!
