Journal; My Event Diary!

Hey everyone I’m baaaaccccccckkk! I’ve been loaded with work, events, health issues, etcetera etcetra bladibladibladiblaaaa but I’m all up and running again and I have so many interesting new things to tell you. I’ve been visiting all kinds of pressdays in both Belgium and the Netherlands, so I’ll be able to tell you all the fresh collections and trends, but first I wanted to give you guys an impression of the latest events I’ve been visiting! 

A while ago Tommy Hilfiger launched it’s Promise Collection. A line from which 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Millenium Promise, which has the goal of raising public awareness of extreme poverty within some African communities, as well as working with sustainable objectives. In 2009 they already donated 2 million dollars and with this collection’s ambassador, Katie Holmes, the hope of gaining even more money, is high.

Furthermore, although I often post about events in Amsterdam, Antwerp & Brussels … Rotterdam is also well on it’s way of becoming an interesting fashion city. Therefore I went to Salonè della Moda, a complete weekend event, full of fashion shows, lectures & workshops.

Before the show not only the models, but also the shoes were lined up.

And then there was the joy-full news of me winning €500 shopping money at Filippa K, thanks to L’Officiel. Which not only included a complete new wardrobe, but also an interview for the L’Officiel site. In case you were wondering what’s it about, go to;
