Journal; Spotting the latest trends!

Whoooohhooo FINALLY the sun has come out and not only for a brief moment, but it’s been there for a few days already…fingers crossed it’s here to stay and what better way to celebrate then to spot your ultimate must-have or favourite new trend for spring/summer 2012?

Although normally, most bloggers post photo’s directly after, press agency’s keep their open days, I figured why not wait until you can actually imagine wearing all these fab new summer clothes and delicious new make-up & beauty products :)! So here’s part one of my press days overview ...

I started of at the biggest beauty press agency of the Netherlands; Mooi PR. With brands like; Clinique, OPI & L’Occitane these ladies have the most clean and soft skins in town and next to beauty brands they also have a few fashion brands to keep them fully accessorized.

 Ahhhh Beauty & Make-up an then there were these shoes ... 

Next up was one of the most renowned bureaus in Amsterdam … Ganbaroo PR. Set at a beautiful canal house in the middle of Amsterdam, not only the outside but most definitely the inside was worth paying them a visit. Their brands range from laid-back marks like; Vans & Lee to upper-class products from; Denise Diem & Sage and Ivy whom both showed during the last AIFW.

I finished my first day at Puur PR & Caro PR, who were located in the same building and whom even shared a combined showroom. The nice thing about the two agencies is that they promote brands, which aren’t very well known (yet). Of course it’s their duty to make them famous, but next to all the familiar labels, it’s also fun to spot some new brands every now and then!
