Last week I got invited by Kosmos Publishers to attend a Culinairy Masterclass by Great-Britain’s new celebrity tv chef; Stevie Parle. In honour of the launch of their new book; Stevie Parle’s Real Kitchen …‘De Spannende nieuwe smaken van een wereldchef’ (or as translated into English; Real home cooking from around the world’), Stevie travelled to Amsterdam, to show us how to make a few of his favourite dishes from the book. As a winner of ‘The Observer’s Young Chef of the Year Award’, this fantastic cook took us on a spin around the globe, while triggering our taste buds in an exciting way. For all those people who think (foreign) cooking is hard, wait until you check out this volume and you might change your opinion! Like Stevie said;
