Haute Cookure | Dining at the Blue Elephant with Isio 4

A while ago I received an invitation to come dine at one of my wishlist restaurants … The Blue Elephant in Brussels. As you all know I love cooking and I thrive to extent my boundaries to Asian food as well. The Blue Elephant is renowned for its exquisite Thai cuisine, they have restaurants all over the world and they also have their own food line, which you might have seen in your local supermarket. So you can imagine, being a food enthusiast and all, that I happily accepted this invite send by Isio 4.

Isio 4 sells delicate tasting oils which are fantastic for cooking Thai. Their oil is full off several Omega fatty acids and Vitamines. I must say that I enjoy cooking with their products, while they’re the perfect natural oil, which emphasizes the flavours of the ingredients you choose and their widely employable since you can use them cold (for eg salads), to bake & to fry. So try it and you'll have a true NomNom moment ;)!
