OMG what a heavy few STORMY days ... My hair got several major wind blow outs, our garden looks like a totally mess and I literally got blown of my feet while I was walking in Antwerp. These last hours have drained me of so much energy that I felt like, I needed some desperate energy lifting. I love love love making my own healthy juices and so it was the perfect timing to come up with a new delicious juice, which I would enter into Albert Hein’s ‘Juice Contest’. Whomever produces the best new recipe and uploads a picture with #AHLente, will have the chance of winning some cool prices and even more so, your drink might be sold in all AH stores … WHAT A GREAT HONOUR!
To be honest I thought a while about, which of my creations I was going to enter into the competition, but I feel like this following recipe offers something completely new to the AH shelves and even more so it’s is super duper delicious! My juice is called ‘Boost Juice’ and it’s perfect to start your day or whenever you feel like your body may need some extra supplements to boost both your energy and your health level.

Recipe for one big glass of Boost Juice
Mix all of the 3 ingredients below in a blender until they are smooth.
- 200ml Cocos Water
> It hydrates your body, is full of nutrients and oh it also cures a hangover really well ;)!
( I prefer ‘Formosa’ Cocos Water, because it has a real coconut flavour)
- A handful of Blueberries
> They are full of anti-oxidants and all kinds of vitamins!
- A handful of raw wild Spinach Leaves
> They provide iron, minerals, vitamins and protein.
Top your juice with;
- Goji Berries
> They contain skyrocketing levels of anti-oxidants.
- Chia Seeds
> My ultimate personal energy boosters.
- Hemp Seeds
> They are very nutritious and contain essential fats.
- Flax Seeds
> They are full of Omega 3 fatty acids, which help you fight all kind of diseases.

Together the ingredients of my 'Boost Juice' help you to; improve your bone condition, lower the risk of cancer, fight a high blood pressure, gain weight loss and preserve your brain wellbeing, eye sight and a good skin, next to an even greater list of other healthy accumulating benefits.
If you’re planning on making my recipe at home, I advice you to add the topping just before drinking it, this way all the ingredients won’t become soggy. Let me know what you think and good health to you all!
P.s. I made this juice with my super easy Philips mini-blender HR 2876.

Very well recipe!
Until the moment I've bought my own juicer, I read a lot of things about it and now I'm absolutely happy to have the right juicer for greens! It changed my life.
