First things first, before I go into the sun, I always try to get a good scrub in! It’s very important to exfoliate your skin from old skin cells, because that way you'll remain tanned waaayyyy longer! However you also have to be careful because you’ll get skin burned much quicker! That’s why I loved their British Rose Exfoliating Gel Body Scrub and their Exfoliating Soap, because it’s a very delicate scrub, which doesn’t damage your skin. It’s actually partially made from dried rose petals, which function as gentle exfoliators.
After having a swim I always take a shower, because whether you go for a splash in the sea or a pool, your skin is either covered in chloride or sea salt and sand! So it’s important to use some soap or foam to wash of those remaining substances. You can use any shower gel or bath foam for this, but if you enjoy the smell of roses then I suggest you use the Petal-Soft Bath Foam and after all that swimming I get dry skin very quickly, so I almost always use an oil or either one of the Body Shop’s body butters, because I simply feel they are the best! That thick rich cream feels like ultimate heaven to me and what I love about their British Rose Instant Glow Body Butter is that it also leaves a subtle radiance!
